. Booking Confirmation
All tours must be booked in advance through GetYourGuide. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive all necessary details via email.

2. Tour Duration and Inclusions
Each tour has a minimum duration of one hour and includes a private ride with a professional local driver. Routes and stops may vary depending on traffic and city events.

3. Meeting Point and Punctuality
Customers must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in tour cancellation without a refund.

4. Weather Conditions and Safety
Tours are conducted in most weather conditions. However, in cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions (at the operator’s discretion), the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the tour cannot take place due to reasons such as:
Extreme weather conditions
Vehicle breakdown
Operator cancellation for safety or operational reasons
No refunds will be given for late arrivals, no-shows, or cancellations requested by the customer.

6. Changes and Rescheduling
We may offer rescheduling options when possible. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time and are subject to availability.

7. Liability
The operator is not responsible for personal items lost during the tour. All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the driver.
